THE CONDOR: Ornithological Applications
The Condor has been published continuously since 1899, for most of its history by the Cooper Ornithological Society. The Condor has the #1 2016 Journal Impact Factor score among 24 ornithology journals. Beginning in 2014, The Condor became The Condor: Ornithological Applications, an international journal that addresses ornithological applications in two ways: the application of scientific theory and methods to the conservation, management, and ecology of birds; and the application of ornithological knowledge to conservation and management policy and other issues of importance to society. The journal aims to reach both research ornithologists and practitioners.
